Super Sky Crane by Toy Zone

The Super Sky Crane helicopter toy from Toy Zone is a cool remote control toy. The copter runs back and forth on a string like the Sky Racers from CAP. The infrared remote contol makes the copter move and operates its hook which can pick up the container, oil drums, or the stretcher. There is no item number or date I can find but I believe the toy is recent--I saw one a few weeks ago available as a prize at a local kids arcade (for 3000 tickets).
