I always remember seeing these Satellite Jumping Shoes in the Sears Wishbook as I grew up. Since I never got a pair in my youth I bought this pair recently off of eBay. Of course, I'm now too big (and too klutzy) to use them. Sigh. Item number 660, there is no date on the box or shoes.

The second picture is of Kangaroo Shoes I picked up recently. A bit small for me, looks like I'll have to find another way to break my wrists. No manufacturer, item number or date on these ones.

As hard as it is to believe in this age of litigation, they still make versions of these things, now called Moon Shoes.
