The Belly-Ache Puzzle Maze is a great old dexterity game from Kohner. This one has an enclosed rounded bottom that keeps the ball captive so you can never lose it. The players decide the rules, whether the maze is set on a flat surface, held in the air, held with one or two elbows on the table. Get the ball as far as possible without dropping into a numbered hole. Item number 151 the maze is dated 1971. The back of the box says to get all of the puzzles in the series such as ToothAche and HeartAche. I'm probably looking on eBay for them right now (with this search).
