Helen - Past Shows

Helen played The Launchpad's birthday show on Satarday, May 18th. We played for 4 people in the crowd and I didn't have a bass so Joe Anderson let me use his bass (my dream bass, a Sting Ray). There were some damn-good hambugers.

On Wed. 17 of April Helen played at Manzano High School to help raise money for a scholarship the faculty give to two students a year. It was definitely an interesting show with all of the technical difficulties but we had a great time playing for yet another lunch show at MHS.
We played Warehouse 21 on the 12th of April. Alex from Don't Shoot Noah (another one of Ish's old bands) played a short and sweet acoustic set. Sorry we don't have any pics.

It was a fun show over all, especially with the huge chair and the weird, dancing kid. Check out the pics, you'll under stand.

The Emily Shrine show on Thursday, January 10, 2002 that we played at the Launchpad was a lot of fun. We were offered a round of drinks by one of the seven people there. The Emily Shrine was awesome, they even came to a very early breakfast at the Frontier before their long drive back to Chicago. (Pics)
