Nomanya,

I am once again inquiring about the Emenee Formex 7 Doll Family 
Casting set that I won at auction on December 17th.  I have paid 
you twice by money order for this item, Once on Dec 18th and again 
on Jan 2.  You received both money orders and have cashed them.  I 
still do not have the item or a refund for my overpayment.

I am nearly convinced that you never actually had the item to sell.  
I am an exceptionally patient customer but this is entirely 
ridiculous.  Please keep up your end of the bargain and send my 
item and my refund of overpayment.   

I need to receive the toy and a refund of my overpayment THIS WEEK 
or will initiate action through eBay and other channels as necessary.
